Your garden,
remembered.
Gardyn knows what each plant needs today: water when your weather says so, food and pruning in season, and a closer look when something's off.
- Made for phone and iPad
- Logs care offline
- English and Spanish
- Organic-friendly

TODAY
Dark leaf spots after wet weather. Prune affected twigs; copper is an organic option.
Water when your plants need it, not on a fixed schedule
Every day Gardyn checks your local forecast and works out how much water each plant used. A potted lime on a hot patio dries out days before a mango in clay soil, and a rainy week means you can skip the hose.
- Heat, sun and windDaily evapotranspiration from your forecast, scaled by each plant's sun.
- Rain that reaches the rootsCounts for plants outdoors, not for covered or indoor ones, and less for pots.
- Pots, beds and soilSmall pots and sandy soil dry out sooner; clay holds water longer.
- Heat wavesAsks for extra water on very hot days, sooner for pots.
Everything a plant can't tell you
Watering that follows your weather
Gardyn tracks how much water each plant used from heat, sun and wind, counts the rain, and tells you when to water, when to wait, and when to give extra in a heat wave.
A guide to 73 plants
510 varieties with how to grow and eat them, and which parts are toxic for people and pets.
Diagnose from a photo
Snap a leaf or fruit and get what's likely wrong and what to do, organic options first if that's how you garden.
Talk to your garden
"I fed the citrus" or "why are the mango leaves curling?" The assistant logs it or answers, by text or voice.
Harvests and growth
Log every pick by weight, see yields year over year, and watch each tree grow in a photo timeline.
Pest and disease watch
A weekly heads-up from your weather, like anthracnose after rain during bloom, with what to do.
Reminders that fit the season
Feeding and pruning in the right months for each species, by email or phone notification.

Questions
What is Gardyn?+
Gardyn is a garden app for fruit trees, vegetables and herbs. It keeps each plant's care history and tells you what it needs today, based on its species, where it grows and your local weather.
How does Gardyn decide when to water?+
Every day it estimates how much water each plant used from your local forecast (heat, sun, wind and humidity), counts rain only for plants it can reach, and adjusts for pots, raised beds and soil. It holds off when real rain is coming and asks for extra water on very hot days.
Which plants does Gardyn know?+
73 fruit trees, vegetables and herbs, with 510 varieties, from mangoes, avocados and citrus to tomatoes and basil. You can add any other plant too.
Does Gardyn work for organic gardens?+
Yes. Mark a garden as organic and the assistant only suggests organic products and methods.
Can I use it on my phone?+
Yes. Gardyn is made for phones and iPads first and also works on a computer. Add it to your home screen to use it like an app, with notifications and offline logging.
How much does it cost?+
Gardyn is free while it's invite-only. Request access and you'll get an email when you're in.
